try this take the url that opens in the pop window and put that internet into the browser, finish the purchase that way. Once thats done cancel the transaction in game, then re do it. The funds should be there and it should go right through. I have to do this because I use paypal and it bugs out from time to time

It really is random.

EUC - Kadan here. Bought Crystals 4 hours after the update and it worked perfectly fine.
I used PayPal and had no issue.

@ShieldMaiden Same problem here on EUC Calvasus.

Step to reproduce:

  • select crystal pack to buy and clic on “buy”
  • the overlay open up
  • clic on “add funds”
  • select funds necessary or add 50 and clic on “add funds” (same issue I tried both)
  • select payment method
    • when I select “paypal” I 'm stuck at this:

    • when I select “My account paypal” I’m stuck at this:

    • When I select my credit card, I receive a message asking me to confirm the payment
      from my bank’s application. After confirming, the overlay returns to Steam with this error message:

PS: I have tried to buy something in an other steam game and no problem it’s working! It’s only with Lost Ark

The team is still aware and working on this issue currently. This is a pesky one for sure!

The solution for me was the add money to steam wallet as a separate purchase (not related to Lost Ark). Then the purchase worked for Lost Ark with funds coming from the Steam Wallet.

Why the patch notes not mention royal crystals issue?? is this being fixed?

i added funds to wallet, but the UI to actually do the transaction still not working :frowning:
