Can't Change Character Name

Had a suspension on my account for naming policy violation. Now able to enter the game and trying to change the character’s name to comply and cannot do it. I received the 2nd suspension for Not changing the name I Can’t the change name function is not working. Is this going to trigger on my account and suspend me every other day when I’m attempting to comply but unable to? Here’s the link to the message i get. tryingtochange-2 — ImgBB

@ModeratorZ How do I fix this I click the change name option in the game and get a prompt that says “cannot edit a character waiting for its name to be changed”

I am sorry to read the issues your having with your name, can you please provide one of your character names, region and server to access your account and double check the name change requested?

Server- Regulus

I purchased the 2 name change tickets to change them in compliance with the naming policy I just want this situation over and behind me. The 2 names on the account with restrictions are:

  1. Usedcondoms
  2. Reusedtampon

Thanks for the information, a processed another name change under those two characters, the next time you login you will be prompted to change the names.

Can please confirm if you were able to rename them?

I was now able to change the names. Thank you for the help. It took multiple support tickets, a 2nd unnecessary suspension, and a forum post but it’s done. Can close this thread. Thank you. Looking forward to spending another thousand hours and dollars on this game.
