I just finished the 960 abyssal dungeon (Gate of Paradise - Alaric’s Sanctuary) run on my character Xephyron on server Thirain(Central EU). I got disconnected right as the last encounter boss was about to die with the server issue error. I was on voice chat with the people who did the dungeon with me who gladly waited for me to log back in to claim the rewards. Once I logged back in, I was greeted with the MVP screen where I was featured on the side column as well(screenshot attached). I clicked on the Scar of Abyss Chest View Bonus Reward button and was shown the message in chat “Clear all the gates to get Scar of Abyss Chest Reward.”(screenshot attached). I also got the blue ticks on all 3 encounters for the dungeon as shown in the screenshot. After I left the dungeon, I checked the abyssal dungeon board and it says that the weekly count has been exceeded meaning I am unable to do it again to obtain rewards(screenshot attached).
Is there any way to fix this since it impedes my progress?
