Hello Lost Ark admins,
How are you today? So, I downloaded lost ark again since I didn’t have the time to play the game much, but everytime I try to enter on the server “KAZEROS” on south america, I receive a connection error message (cannot connect to the server W0x00PELPWP1P2PT). This is happening with all my characters (Lukeman; Lukemann; Riverborn). I would really like to play lost ark again and this never happened to me before the install!

I have moved your character Lukeman to see if this will help with the issue.
Kindly run a steam integrity check and re-log in to see if it gets resolved.
A PC restart may be required.

I am sorry @Riverborn . Let’s try this- Please wait a few minutes and try starting the game client again after reviewing your network and firewall settings. If the issue persists check out Troubleshooting Lag and Connectivity Issues for more tips.
If it’s a different error, please share a screenshot.
