When I launch the game, I am unable to connect to any servers. I restarted my computer and updated steam. May I have assistance with this please?

First at all, I’m sorry you are having troubles trying to play our game.
So, I actually had this same error around an hour ago, right after you start the game, it loads up with that message. I closed the game and there was an update pending to download from Steam, should be 1.3GB regarding a hotfix last night. After that, I was able to log in correctly.
Could you please double check?
If it is still unable to load the servers, please take a look on you Steam Library>Right Click on Lost Ark and then go to updates.
It should say it was updated today ‘‘Installed content updated: May 13, 2022’’

I used the file integrity verification option and when it was done, the game started an update. Thank you for the quick response, and have a nice weekend.
