It is very clear that support is giving us a shit, so many other topics receiving a written message from support, and we are being totally ignored here in a simple situation to solve, many of the hype have already stopped playing, leaving only empty accounts registered on the server which is far from being full like NA and others, this is the disgrace of free mmo, you are ignored 99.9% of the time by the support team.

@Roxx you are comenting on other posts (we can see on dev tracker) but we don’t have any kind of response for this problem. Look at the amount of people asking for a solution, we just want to play the game with our friends and we simply cannot!!

Really wanted to play with my friends @Roxx ! I feel like in the beggining it was the correct decision to limit account creation, but right now it makes no sense any more, as the server doesnt even have big queues at peak time! Please, if you could address this issue we would be very happy!

This is Jan from AGS. We understand that there are no queues on the SA region, however, there is also a possibility that when they have implemented this, they have applied it to all servers including those without a queue.
I’m going to pass this on to the devs and make sure they got this for clarification on this and will also ask them to test the SA servers for them to see for themselves and thus reconsider.

Do suporte da Amazon Games. Eu mandei um e-mail dizendo que o argumento deles nao faz sentido. Dizer que nao podemos criar o char por causa de fila sendo que nao tem fila em nenhum server da SA.
Eu não consigo levar isso a sério, isso ta em um post e foi a mesma coisa que copiaram e colocaram em outro tópico. Porém, os servidores da Europa estavam cheios e sem lock de criação de personagem. Por que só teria isso ( o tempo todo) no Kazeros? Sendo que nos outros sumiram quando a quantidade de conexão abaixou neles? Precisa ser conversado melhor isso, tá tudo muito mal explicado. Deixa logo as fila acontecer, mas pelo menos a gente saber que fez o personagem e tá tudo OK para jogar quando tiver o tempo.
