I picked up the quest from the event vendor guy in Rohendel and now i’m at the part for “Go to the race at an even hour time.”
I play on Azena which is eastern time. I went to the area marked on the map at 8 pm and there was no NPC to start the Grand Prix. I even tried in Luterra and Vern. I thought maybe time zones were wrong so I tried again at 9 pm and no NPC appeared.
This is my only character I have, so I never did it on an alt.
Are you lvl 50?

I am sorry you are having trouble joining the event Lost Ark Grand Prix.
As mentioned above by @minaru , your character will need to be level 50 or above to participate on this event. You can enter our event through Arkesia Grand Prix Manager located in every major city except Prideholm. However, please note that this event is only available every two hours, which means you can enter this event on your servers’ time every even hour.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am lvl 50. I did manage to figure it out. I misunderstood the quest wording and thought I had an hour to queue, for example between 8-9pm the event would be queue-able.
I’ve come to learn the event has a small queue window at the top of the hour.
Dude, thanks so much for clarifying that the entry window is only top of hour. I was pacing the area near Grand Prix NPC in Luterra wondering why I can’t find the portal. Think I’ll just show up again like 5 minutes before the next even hour.
