Decided to move this here,
Stuck at character selection screen after abyss dungeon dc. Character is stuck in tranquil karkosa.
I can enter the character selection screen but will dc 10 seconds later. Cant enter character

Iām sorry for the issue regarding the stuck character. Could you please provide the character and server/region names so that I can try to relocate the character to a safer location for you?

I would recommend to add a brief pinned post in #game-support to remind everyone posts in this sub forum need to include crucial information (beside information on the issue itself) for support to better assist on the issue players are facing.
- Name of the region
- Name of the server
- Name of the affected character(s)
- Approximate time of incident happened
