so i had some cosmetic box stored on roster storage that i cant find anywhere after server merged on EUC… i was in Thaemine server currently in Lazenith. can someone help me?
Have you checked your universal storage?
my universal storage has been cleared long ago they werent there.

I can also see that your universal storage didn’t contain the item either. Could you please reply to this post with the name of one of the characters you’re playing on in this server? I’d like to conduct some research.

i had also deleted a character right after merge so its not impossible that i mightve had them boxes on that character… but i quite remember double checking anything important on that character before deleting.
Update: i was able to find them in pet storage. idk how it got there
