Hi, I had swapped to an alt to travel to Elzowin’s Shade to get a rapport item from a wandering merchant but for some reason I couldn’t get passed the loading screen no matter how long I waited. I logged on to a different character and then tried switching to the alt that crashed on the loading screen but the game proceeds to stay stuck on the loading screen ONLY for that character, I’m not quite sure what happened but would it be possible to get my alt moved from that location?

Thank you for the assistance, by now you should be able to use your character that was having issues, before get into the game again please run a steam integrity check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files then you can access your game account.
