I’ve completed the breadcrumb quests leading towards Rohendel (including Wall of Procyon and A New Voyage). Since then I’ve only been able to land at Rohendel once. None of the islands have an anchor symbol next to them. I can’t interact with any of the docks. It says “ship modifications only near ports” despite being in the clearly marked zone next to Lake Shiverwave.
This bug has resolved itself after reaching iLevel 600 and doing the breadcrumb quests towards Yorn. After completing Yorn I can now access all islands normally.
I managed to reproduce such a bug, it seems that we can be considered “in sea of Gienah” while being actually in “sea of Procyon”, and therefore can’t interact with anything. Even my adventure island didn’t spawn. I can’t be sure but it could be related to being in PvP matchmaking queue while changing from one sea to the other.
