Cant load character

hi

i cant load my main character Graecus , i use Slen server and i was moving to Windbringer Hills when it froze and since then cant load it , my other characters load pperfectly

I’m so sorry to hear that you are experiencing the character stuck issue. Please allow me to help you with this.

Please close the game and run an Steam integrity check for Lost Ark to discard corrupted files. While you are doing that I’m going to relocate your character to Prideholme.

I’ll update you when the char has been moved and you can launch the game,

Working on it @janosborhi117,

I’m really sorry to hear that, some of the players that experienced the issue after the relocation and the Steam check are working fine, but other players get stuck again as soon as they go back to the same point. Our team still working hard on this to find a hotfix.

Due to you got stuck again in the same place I think the best would be play avoiding that place/mission momentarily. I know it can be frustrating cause can stop you to move forward with the story but as soon as we get an update on this issue I’ll let you know.

I’m working on the relocation right now, please close the game for a few minutes : )

@Firus i am currently going through the same thing… i am verifying steam files atm but when i went to take the boat from punika to luterra the game crashed and i cant log into that character, yet can log into all my alts. Please help! Saintsinning US WEST Enviska
