Cant log in to my region

so when i started the game, it automatically sent me to EU WEST and terms of service appeared
on the screen. but my characters are in EU Central in brelshaza, and when i try to change server it says that the region is closed. I even have Cristaline Benefits applied sign on to right corner. I have done everything but cant fix it.

my main character’s name is Rezasj in Brelshaza server in EUC

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Currently there is no issue with EUC servers you should be able to login and play with your characters.

Let’s try some troubleshooting first:

  1. Please run the Steam file check to discard corrupted files.
  2. This issue could be related to a packet loss problem, if you are playing with wireless please try by playing with a wired connection.
  3. If is possible please try to play using another internet connection (such as a mobile hotspot) just to discard and see if you still experiencing a high ping with a different internet connection.

Please make sure your video drivers and Windows are in the last update.

I play after reset normally, then take a break, after launching game have that problem
