Hello , i left a single player dungeon , when doing one of the south vern world quest s, to go to a different character and now i can’t login on that character, it freezes the game completly when i try it. Only that character has the issue and i’ve verified the files. I checked another post and it said you could move the caracter from that place and maybe fix it?

if one of your characters is stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen please reach out the Support team via web ticket and we will work to unstuck your character manually, please be patient while we work on solving this issue.
