Can't login to my main character, alts work fine

As title states. Lost ark crashes when I try to login to my main, all the alts are working fine. Could you please move my main somewhere safe?

Main character name is Telesis, US-E Avesta.

I apologize you are having issues trying to log in on your main character.

Can you please try this troubleshooting steps :flags:

    1. Verify Lost Ark game files – Right click Lost Ark in your game library, head to Properties, Local Files, and Verify Game Files.
    1. Turn off your PC completely before booting up and trying again.
    1. Log out of Steam, closing both Lost Ark and Steam via Task Manager.
    1. Refresh your internet connection
      -. From the Start menu, begin typing β€˜cmd’.
      -. In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator.
      -. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Wait a few seconds and when the command prompt appears, proceed to the next step.
      -. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
      -. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
      -. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
