I have been unable to obtain trusted status, even though i have had over 20 euro purchases on steam over a month and a half ago and i’ve gotten and used Steam guard multiple times. what should i do? it’s getting really annoying at this point
Sorry to hear about your issue with trusted status. I have found this forum on Steam that could help you with info about the requirements and time it takes for trusted status been apply.
Try this troubleshooting on your Steam account security settings to setup the 2FA with mobile verification. This forums talk about it more deeply.

Thank you very much for the fast reply, and thank you for more information. as i’ve mentioned, i’ve read all there is to read and done every single thing (as far as i understand it) there is to do, if what you’ve added to this topic here is enough, then me not having trusted status yet must be a bug. I’ve contacted Steam support, i hope they can help me, i’ll follow up with how it goes.
Steam support couldn’t help me since i’ve done everything necessary and told me to contact Lost Ark Support, so i’m back. Is there anyone i can live chat with? or email?
Same issue here. Have turned on Mobile 2FA on steam, have made purchases in Steam many times. I am trusted with Steam. Why is Lost Ark telling me I’m not trusted?

I thoroughly researched the situation and can confirm that the trusted status is provided only by Steam within their systems, we are unable to manually grant it.
I understand that you have read and done every requirement you’ve been provided. However, at this point, the only one who can potentially fix this issue with your trusted status is Steam directly.

I have spent a month trying to solve this, to no avail, unfortunately. This is the final Steam support answer. Is there really nothing AGS can do? please this is very limiting and frustrating.

I was investigating on your issue and under the account itself, from our end the account is showing as it should have the trusted status already, in this case if its still not showing up on your end it would be best to reach us out as we need to escalate this.
