On Akkan, I bought 10 of the Honor Leapstone & Honing Material random chests, but with more than 70 open slots in my inventory it isn’t letting me open any of them. It just says “You Cannot use or equip this item.” and “Your inventory is full”. Is it an issue that my character is only 1470? Cause this does not make any sense.

same issue here. cant even put on rooster inventory. thats 6k gold right there.
They need to refund these. . . and also give us our 10 pheon comp package.
Same issue with Shard, Honing Support and Leapstone chests. 12k down the drain.
Also they are roster bound but cannot be moved to roster storage…

this happened to me exactly at 8 ST after i already opened 2 chests right before 8 ST, it seems like admin turned off chests, but we can still buy them… so lame, at least make an announcement or something

What is the bug really? there’s this ss being passed around. Didnt mention what the bug is, is it ‘You cannot open the chest’ bug or the drop rates are messed up? coz I opened 20x boxes 12 hours ago and I never had a single token out of it. Tell us what the bug is, coz if its the drop rate and you tryna’ increase them chances, you better refund me those chests… well atleast some of the tokens I missed.
