same bug happened to me
i thought this is one time only bug and purchased chests on my other alt and they bugged as well

I bought 3 on one character and was able to put them in my roster storage. I then logged onto another character and bought all 3 chests
I tried opening the chests but had the issues stated above happen. Can’t open them, and can’t put them back into roster storage. So the ones currently there are just waiting till they work. I got have 60 chests lying in wait LOL
you can stop posting “bug reports” guys, just read the rest of the forum and announcement on the top

Some chests are having some issues at the moment, please keep an eye on this post: Twinkle Twinkle Exchange Shop Update - #2, whenever any news are released that will be the first place to have the update.
