I had a blue crystal purchase up before maint, and its not showing on history and just says can’t process more requests.

04/01 in this case probably is 1st of April rather than 4th of January.
I assume you’re f2p, 1/1 means he can buy 1. If it goes to 0/1 it means he has none left to buy…

They fixed it with the maintenance they just had
