Trying to buy crystalline aura but when I hit buy the game just sits there not opening the steam window to actually purchase the item. How do I fix this? On Mari but I think this is an individual issue as my wife got hers purchased with no issues.

In this case we will need to check if there’s anything causing this to your game, for that please follow the these steps:
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files integrity on Steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
- Open Lost Ark.
- Try to make purchase.
This process is just to verify that there aren’t any corrupted files on your game that may be causing this, if after doing this the issue persist, please try reinstalling the game as sometimes this process might not able to fix a corrupted file, please let me know how it goes and if further help is needed please tell me so we can work on fixing this.
