I was able to purchase RC the previous day but since the last maintenance on Trixion this morning, everytime i click on purchase i have a " purchase failed "
I purchased Ā£8.79 for 1000 riyal Crystals but there not showing in the game. The name is northernlad on EU server Sceptrum. First time I went to the store for a purchase. Itās come out of my bank account but no gems in-game as yet. Not happy.
@blozzjani for your issue, I would like to know if you already verified Steam Files of the game and restarted Lost Ark. If you already did and still have the issue, please also refer to customer service to file a ticket on your behalf.
Iāve tried all of these and still get the āPurchase Failedā error. This is an error with the store.
I purchased the $99.99 last week around launch. Today when I went to purchase another, I received the āPurchase Failedā ONLY for the $99.99 pack. I tried purchasing the $49.99 pack, and it went through without an issue. Now when I go back and try to purchase another $49.99 pack, I receive the āPurchase Failedā for both the $49.99 AND the $99.99 packs.
The game seems to be treating the crystal packs as one time purchases.
Iāve already talked to Amazon CS and they said theyād escalate the issue to the tech team, but it seems pretty silly that you have customers willing to pay money and arenāt putting more effort into resolving the issueā¦
Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and can you please try the following: You have to have Steam Overlay enabled for this to work. (you have to restart the game if you change it while the game is opened)
Please let us know if that fix the issue.

Just to test the theory a 4th time, I completely shut down my PC, unplugged it from the wall, plugged it back in, turned it back on, ran Steam as Admin, verified the integrity of the game (no issues for the 4th time), loaded the game, logged back in andā¦ the issue still persists.
This isnāt an issue with our clients. Its an issue with Steam or the game or both. If I select the bundles Iāve already purchased ($49.99 and $99.99) I get the āPurchase Failedā error. If I select the $19.99 pack, the purchase works as normal, Steam brings me to the cart and asks me to add funds to check out.
Considering I can purchase these bundles once without issue points to this being more a client/Steam issue than something wrong with the install on my PC.
Same issue here. I also verified the integrity of game files, restarted the computer, launched as admin, enabled steam overlayā¦
The packs are being treated as one time purchase only Iām pretty sure. I just bought the smaller ones to test, they went in fine. When I try to buy it another time, itās an instant āāPurchase failedāā. No pop ups.
I repeat; rest of the packs are fine and this has absolutely nothing to do with the steps youāve mentionned so far.
I am having this same issue and, judging by the forums, so is ostensibly everyone attempting to purchase RC today. Clearly something with the patch messed things up.
Yes, Steam overlay is enabled as I mentioned, I can get to the checkout in the Steam overlay if I select any pack of royal crystals that I havenāt purchased already, such as the $19.99 pack.
None of what Amazon CS is recommending works for the issue most people are experiencing, which is a failing purchase on the backend. They should really take the game down for maintenance; I ran an experiment on stream last night and everyone who bought a particular pack on U.S. East, Azena could not buy the pack twice. If you buy $100 Royal Crystal, it works the first time. Then it never works again. This is true for all the packs right nowā¦ no clue why this wasnāt addressed during last nightās maintenance.
THIS 100%. It has nothing to do with the Steam Overlay. The purchase process is not even GETTING to Steam. It is cancelling out, in-game, the second you click on the button for the package you want to buy. Instant āPurchase Failedā. There is something wrong IN THE GAME and it needs to be fixed in the game.
Iām having the same issues. I donāt think it has anything to do with the steam overlay. Is there a cap on the number of crystal packs we can buy?
Update: I also bought the $20 pack just now. When attempting to purchase the same pack again, I got an immediate āPurchase Failedā error. Seems like there is definitely an issue with buying more than a single pack in the store now.
The problem is from the game side i did buy from the store and since 12 hours i can not buy anymore.
I did all the things above i even deleted the game and downloaded it again the same thing.
I talked with steam support they said it is not from their side so to make sure i used my 2 steam account and made a new lost ark account there and logged in and it is working which means it is a problem from the game side and i think the game should know about this problem as fast as possible.
Experiencing the same exact issue here, as you described. I had no other issues before today. Unable to repurchase crystals in the same amount as before.
Guess we have to wait until it is resolved by the team. Hopefully, they are already aware and can work to get it resolved soon.
