Cant queue guardian raid, chaos dungeon etc,
When I queue e.g guardian raid and click yes, my vote wont get recognized and the timer expires so the queue gets cancelled.

Weâre having this issue with my party, and only when weâre in a party. It keeps telling us âcanât find location infoâ, when weâre standing next to each other on the same channel. Sometimes it pops the queue, but even when we all click âenterâ immediately, it fails to throw us into the dungeon.
This happens EXCLUSIVELY when we party up and queue for ANY dungeon. Chaos dungeons and normal story dungeons get the same treatment. We donât want to run these dungeons alone or matchmade, we want to play in a GROUP, which is why weâre in a party.
We play on an EU server, and this issue gets worse and worse as the day goes on - in the morning we can usually get in fine, but towards the evening it takes us 30 solid minutes of trying to enter to finally run the dungeon.
âJust run the dungeon aloneâ or âJust go in with matchmakingâ are not solutions, we need this fixed ASAP. I play this game to play with friends, and if I canât play it with friends, Iâm not going to play it at all.
@Roxx I havenât seen any dev input on huge issues like this, can we get any info on if itâs the server congestion causing this, and when itâs going to be fixed?

Same here, its impossible to run dungeons in the evening. Localization failed every damn time. We have to do everything alone. We have this problem since yesterday, before that we had no problems with any dungeon.
Matchmaking wont work really either, still cant get into any dungeon/raid consistently. Have to try x times until it works.
Dear Amazon.
We cannot play endgame content in party.
Only solo runs working 1-2 minutes after you clicked enter.
As more and more of your customers arrive to lv50 will face that we are unable to play endgame content.
Matchmaking is terrible.
This âexperienceâ is bad, so bad.
Somehow i can feel that you failing to find out the right capacities with your servers, even after you get the presales data.
It was crowded before f2p even started, now its just unplayable.
Fix something please, kick someone please, push your vendors, hire new ppl, do waht you need to do finally.

yea 3 days straight now goes away for a bit then bam another hr not being able to anything, with no word for amazon or smilegate.
We canât play a MMO with our premade group because we are unable to queue for dungeon, raid, âŚ
What the fuck ?! Whatâs the point ? At this rate, just do a solo gameâŚ

Cannot do dungeons here either, it wasnât an issue before, even on Neria that had 25k+ queues, we moved to a server that didnât have queues and now cannot join dungeons together as a team.
30 minutes trying to queue and always fail to someone. Even in party it showed ânot possible to find locationâ for some of them.

Same matchmaking is broken 
dungeon matchmaking doesnât work
Any dungeons, even if you are in a group of 2 and trying to enter it together, it wonât work. You have to try 10 times before it pop and then you click âAcceptâ when it finally come up but the server doesnât register your anwser⌠And just say âyou canât do that nowâ and you never get in.
So itâs not possible to continue my main story with my partner at all. I canât progress.

This has to do with the ongoing stability issues surrounding the EU Central servers, but the team is working to both stabilize that as well as find a fix for this problem
I donât care if you already knew it, it canât be that Iâve been carrying this error for so long. If this were happening to an American streamer it would be fixed within hours. We also want our tickets from the abyssals. We are going to lose a week because of YOUR FAULT!!!

So are we locked out from the dungeon now or are we gonna get a token so we can enter this week? cus i just had the same issue qued up finally started to load and got DC with token used and canât enter.
