I wasted 30k gold on the leapstone chest last week, they were on roster storage and now they are gone (as intended).
I got the chest compensation but not my gold and I’m not able to see the universal storage.
Very bottom very right on your screen
On the lower right corner, click GUIDE and it is listed at the top.
EDIT : Seems like you dont have any to receive in your Universal Storage and it wont show up.

I’m sorry you cannot see it, in this case the Universal storage only shows up when when any achievement is unlocked and you have an item in it to claim.
Make sure to check your inventory and pet inventory on the character once, to see if you are able to find those items.
Do check your in game mails too, if the chest is missing still, please Verify Integrity of Game Files:
