Can't Use Class Engraving Chest from Old Event (NOT HYPER EXPRESS EVENT RELATED)

Hoping to get some help on this. Was trying to open some engravings for my new alt from a previous event’s chest. I haven’t even done the new hyper express event yet, this box came from an event earlier in the year.

This is what I get when I try to open it.

This is the error I get when I try to drag this chest back into my character’s storage that I use as my engraving box mule.

It’s now permanently stuck in my inventory and cannot be moved or manipulated in any way…

Hope you are doing great and apologize about this unexpected situation!
If this this chest is from a different event and you can not use it I would suggest to crecte a web ticket in order to investigate the issue better!
