ya but there is a world of difference between them eventually getting there (and hopefully maybe pick up some experience/knowledge through many failed attempts until they get lucky with the random carry) and us basically making a highway for them to do so by making carries common and expected. Plus a lot of people are incredibly greedy, if they can make gold off it then they will push it beyond limits and soon it will be all that you will see in “find party” menu.
I don’t think it will be that bad, I mean I didn’t play both KR or RU ver. but it seems that there is a limit of which content you can carry or not and I’ve seen people says that the very end game content can’t be “carry” that much but as I didn’t play KR/RU ver. I can’t tell you that’s 100% the truth.
A lot of player already played the KR/RU ver. and are aware of the carry services but I didn’t see anyone complaining yet, since it’s a F2P friendly way to make gold (and in our version it seems that we can’t make as much gold as F2P than the other versions of the game), if it was that cancerous I think that both KR/RU playerbase would have complained.

There is not a fixed definition for that term. What it might be for you it might not be for others and since it is a term for gaming there can not be defined logically.
Aaand that’s why is important that AGS define it clearly in their ToS…

Not really. You dont have to pay anyone to help you do your gaurdians. It’s 100% optional and doesn’t hurt anyone who doesn’t want to do it. Someone might have limited time for a day and choose to pay for a carry to get it done quickly instead of hoping for matchmaking success. Both parties leave happy.
Read again and stop going around loops and over complicating things unless this is your first MMO then do what you want. In KR what you call boost its also called Bus, taxi service whatever and its with ingame gold therefor is permitted.
How did selling carries kill a game? It’s been a thing in the last 20 years of MMOs. If you don’t have friends to carry you, you can pay a stranger.

Tbh it was said multiple times that carrying for gold is allowed. Lets be real tho, there is a probability for you to get a ban handed to you because “could be rmt so we ban” and then you got the jackpot to deal with the amazon support. Gl dealing with absolute incompetence and bot mails, no thanks.

Relax… it was just a joke. In reference to the emails with gold attached that some players have received, allegedly, from bots.
I need gold to improve myself, and I can’t RMT, but I can use the bus to get more gold to improve my equipment. If I only use a little material every day to improve, it’s a torture for me. I just play reasonably. The existence of the bus is helpful to many people. I need the reward of the dungeon, but the process takes too long, Why can’t I find a driver to finish my other roles faster? I need to upgrade equipment, but I don’t have gold. Why can’t I bring players to let me get gold upgrade equipment?
I would recommend a Karma system for paid services or perhaps a forum spot dedicated to it at the very least so players can reply to Topic offers if the player is trustworthy.
Path of Exile does this and it works well via forums but an in-game version would be nice.
30 years in fact. People have done this type of thing since MUDs.
Generally it’s a sign of good MMO design when players can find out-of-the-box methods to make money. In those days though you were known by name so not much scamming.
Putting a system in place to facilitate this sort of thing is key to the modern methods.
