Can you explain to me how to post it using the in-game report tool? How to ensure, 100%, that someone acting like a scammer/spammer is definetly a scammer/spammer? For me, only AGS/SGS has these power tooling. What I can do is report such people that I suspect.

What AGS needs to do is, either actually have live humans at customer service, or remove the report button from the game lmao.

boosting is pvp, carrys are not boosting. there is a reason they use that term specifically AND its right after “throwing matches” thats because everyone knows what boosting is its when someone logs on your bronze account when they are GM and carrys you up the pvp ladder.
carrying is completely fine, he got banned because someone was sick of him spamming in global chat and mass reported him since its automated he will be unbanned probably tomorrow or the next day. technically though he WAS spamming but thats not a perm ban.
Edit: ohh look he is unbanned who would have thunk.

I see people spamming Argos P3 carry for gold in Area chat everyday. Are you sure you got banned for that?
i bet you don’t take the time to see roxx’s post in this thread and you go on for the next 2 weeks saying SECTION 2. its been very clear that carrying people is not bannable. scamming is but as long as you make a deal and hold up your end your in the clear.

Bussing is very much an intended feature of the game and is highly utilized in other regions of the game. Stop trolling.
But you know there’s a big mess with gold sellers and bots. Why do you risk it now. If you carry people in gold. You will find a smart way that will not ruin your experience
No, when it is an intended feature you have tools for it. There is nothing like that, not even a dedicated channel or in game mechanics. Being utilized in other regions of the game doesn’t make it legit at all. Others regions don’t tell the line of conduct of our region.
Yes, a thing being utilized in KR on a daily basis for over a year isnt “legit”. Dumbest things you couldve possibly responded with.

when bussers in kr complained how game isnt soloable and stuff requires teamwork(to them, legions. for us, this forum really hates argos.)
dev response was that they hate bussing. they think it ruins game and demoralizes dev team. but they have no policy or valid reason to prevent bussing. that is why they made it so passengers would have to pay gold and still know how to do the fight, in which they might as well do the fight for free.
(but bussing continues as fights are considered too hard to tackle at right lvls, so people get buss to above average gear then they start clearing it for free.)
for 10k will not get ban but for 50-100k or more it can get ban

Thank you for clarifying this. This is what I suspected from reading your first post but was not absolutely sure. This happens far more often where support is being actually completely incompetent and just close tickets rather then actually look into them and fix mistakes (when they are valid).
@Roxx I really think you should take a look at this. And I mean about the proces here between support and customers where the tickets being made are not looked into properly. This is feedback I see on countless occassions here on the forum. The ones that usually get enough traction are then being properly looked into and resolved after you flag them. but there is a underlying issue here that should be addressed and improved. And that is something that isn’t happening.
This way its just putting water on the fire but never look what is actually causing it.
