I’ve submitted a ticket for my wrong purchase. I accidentally, excitedly, stupidly bought a character customization ticket rather than character slot extension 3x. Hopefully, my tickets will be changed.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you bought the wrong ticket.
In this case I want to clarify that Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. In-game store purchases are not exchangeable, I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Since you already have this escalated, let’s wait for our devs response, but please keep in mind what I mentioned before.
