Case sensitive rune search

Maybe not a bug, but its pretty annoying. The search field for runes is case sensitive.
“Quick” gives a result for Quick Recharge.
“quick” gives nothing.
“Quick R” gives a result for Quick Recharge.
“Quick r” gives nothing.

I thought this menu was just broken until i noticed. :')
