Casrick and Old Field Bosses are too few

New Field Bosses have a dedicated timer and are visible in the schedule.

The old ones are more random and I have heard that for example Casrick only spawns every 2hours. I have yet to find him after camping the area for about 1 hour.
The consequence is that I will have to wait in an area while doing nothing and be lucky area chat calls it out, you change channel and tag the boss before high ilvl players instant kill it.
Please enlighten me how this is fun.

Please significantly reduce the respawn timer to every 10min or 15min. Please!

Games are meant to be fun to play, yet too many times companies seem hell-bent on putting in game mechanics that are anything but fun and that are positively detrimental to players enjoyment of the game.
