AGS own words:
Experience the raids in a more casual way = It is easier and more casual than the standard guardian raid
Relax,play, and get hoing rewards = relax and play lost ark while getting honing rewards for 5 minutes of your time
‘Scale of Balance’ is applied to change the character’s stats to match the Guardian’s level, = Gear/Runes/etc. do not make a difference
The only false expectations set are those you set on your own. Even the definition of the word casual is different for each individual person. I personally do not find casual = press 1 button and win
Good point. But also a two-sided edge. Since it is not specified, one can argue that more casual way can mean exactly what I expected - a completely relaxing game mode where I can do bad and still come on top. Again, not my fault, or yours - but AGS by… wording it very vague. We also need to remember that this event is also targeting people who might have never done a single guaridan raid.
Well, this for me is pretty clear. Relax means that you don’t need to learn tactics or be vigilant. I don’t think that most of the people associate relaxing with learning or trying and failing.
Well at least these events tell pugs that you need to do the mechanics on the bosses and also bring consumables to GRs. I hate playing with randoms as they don’t even bring flares. If you are 1 you will use the flare 1st.
my assumption was to hit all 3 at the same time if possible, when not while i was just fighting helgaia i just was bringing scorpion on top and hitting both, when i saw scorp get staggered i just naturally went to break his tail since that’s the only threatening thing about both of the guardians.

i main a bard and I could solo the event from yesterday and today
ppl are just bad at not trying to learn the mechnics of the event/raids
just show that regardless of what the AGS does for this game, ppl are going to complain regardless of the content given to them
reading through this thread I have to remind myself that this has to be a small loud minority of absolutely awful players complaining, there is no way a large amount of players are actually struggling with something that was created to be as face roll as this event guardians, there’s no way right? no way this region is full of such awful players.
I wonder if the people that originally ran the forums crying foul about how hard this is sit there and think: “wow, I feel like an idiot after someone had to spell out to me that the doing mechanics related to the raid bosses actually matter…”
Ribbing aside, I wonder how long it’ll take them to realize that they have to break the turtle’s shell today in order to do the raid in 5 minutes and 1-shot the other bosses.
Definitely not the case, my friend, as artillerist actually have more weakpoint attacks than most other classes. At the end of the day, you could just chuck a destruction grenade and that’s pretty much all that’s needed. My artillerist alt did this in about 6 minutes. Just wail on any of the bosses and wait for the turtle to pop up and drop Howitzer, Napalm, Homing Barrage, and Gravity Explosion (usually not needed) and collect your buffs. After getting x2 or x3, you can probably kill all 3 of they stack together with a single awakening skill.
I think the biggest point of this raid is that I see people complaining about failing and then they turn out to only have 1 weak point skill and ne grenades. Using a proper build to run this is FAAAAAAAAR more important than trying to max damage on skills that’ll be dealing minimal damage instead of focusing on destroying weak points and steam rolling the bosses once your right clicks deal 1million+ damage.
Honestly I only did it twice.
One time solo one with randoms, but for me it was a joke. They got deleted. Got a 36 million spirit bomb crit in the end. (Item lvl 1358 usually I crit around 8 million)
