Oh my God, it truly was easier solo.
I was able to consistently break Nacrasena’s tail by myself and then everything went peachy.
If you’re struggling in a party, try going at it solo. It can be scary but who knows, it might be the way.
How do you know Raid mechanics in other mmorpgs? You play them , test them out, wipe , test something again. Maybe wipe again. Thats how you do stuff like this.
But modern Players are so used to some bullshit guide from a PTR or whatever . That everything is explained in full detail for them , why not activate a bot that does the boss for you because the game did not tell you what buttons to press on your keyboard.

Just tried, solo, to break the scorpions tail. Found him four times, begun my weak point attack and four times he instantly teleported away, 20% of the time gone without one blow being landed.
Found him for the fifth time, sixth and seventh time, saw the target box three times, each time jumped by another boss.
I’m sure this is great content for some, groups and the try-hards, but for casuals, this is absolute garbage. Nothing casual about it at all.
Very disappointed.
P.S Love the rest tho.

It’s even more fun when you have bosses who port themselves to the other end of the map (also totally pointless in terms of gameplay).
or Helga, Vertus an the elektic guy )dont know the english name) how alternates with stun every 3 seconds if you dare to get close to the boss group.
Cleared it solo as a bard on a non-dps optimized build with only support engravings.
Seriously if you can’t do this it’s an execution issue.
The problem exists between keyboard and chair.

Now here’s a shadowhunter solo. once again no dps engravings just my class. Notice how it took barely any time compared to my bard. Figured I’d add this one in-case some argument pops up about how that was only doable for me cause my bard has a range weak point lvl 2 skill.
My shadow hunter was running 3 weak point lvl 1 skills with little to no range. As you can see i only got 2 stacks of the buff because the fight was so easy i killed everything before i even got to break his tail a 3rd time.
Also note i did not even have flares this time. I probably spent more time running around looking for them than fighting them.

This event is great fun and if you break the scorpion’s tail like you’re supposed to it’s not as terrifying of an encounter as it seems.
Really happy with the event
its fun you though they did not explain the mech you have to kill the tail of the scorpion the more you kill more damage and more cooldown it will only take your group 5-10 mins if you do this.
The event is laughably easy 5 minute run tops. If you have problems you’re ignoring mechs or just afking.

If this is casual then normal is super easy. Who the f came up with idea to put 3 guardians in 1 fight and you end up killing only 1 in that time.
If you can only kill 1 in the 20 minute time frame then you are just doing it fundamentally wrong.

lmao what dude. This event is EZ mode. I’ve cleared it with randoms on 5 different alts now. Break the scorpion tail and win within 8 minutes.
If you break the scorpion tail, you literally can do it in less than 5 minutes. Learn why that purple icon is on him.

No, if you use a flare nacrasena doesnt even appear to be in the map, you just go to the location of either helgaia or vertus and once you find them nacrasena shows up, then you focus him, break the tail and get the buffs, after that nacrasena disappears and you fight the other guardian…its easy
