As the title suggests, I transferred from EUC to EUW, I got a new crystaline aura bundle etc but I’ve lost all of my twitch rewards and the cat pet I got at the start of the game when I started on EUC…
Is there no way to retrieve these or get them on my account? Can I not raise a case with the devs to support this request?

Unfortunately the Twitch rewards and pet are server bound, meaning that once claimed, they cannot be transferred.
