Bruh your literally insinuating you find it acceptable. It’s acceptable to make a character who looks older but is ACTUALLY 12, more than have a character who is actually old, but looks young, and to sell it on that premise.

She’s not a child in either lore or proportions. You can argue that you can make her face look like a child but even if she were to be a child it is still just a character in a game, not a real person.
The amount of people that crusade like crazy against “loli” characters in fiction and somehow end up being outed as being the worst kind of people in real life has always seemed kinda comedic to me. I guess they have to somehow seem “clean” when it comes to the fictional stuff considering what they do in the actual world.

That being said, you can see her as a grown up woman, or as a grandmother, that doesn’t change the fact that average human body proportion exist

Other than the childlike, cutesy movement and some of her faces that you pick yourself she looks far more like a petite young woman than she does a child.
But all of this arguing doesn’t matter because regardless of what the fictional character looks like not a single human will be harmed by the character not being ruined by western norms.
If you refuse to see the difference between a fictional character and real life that’s on you and maybe you should look over your own life and maybe get some help.

I’ve seen your posts and in none of them I’ve seen any evidence that supports her having childlike proportions other than height. Assuming a fictional characters age based on real life anatomy books is another one of those things that make it seem like you have no handle on the difference between real life and fiction. It’s not like Lost Ark doesn’t have other proportionally strange “humans” so trying to make the connection seems flimsy at best.
Then why should they waste development time on making their outfit longer to fit the western culture?
They are not really “wasting” time, that change is super easy to do.
Also they have different teams for each kind of content, Smile Gates will be the ones that will do this change so don’t worry. They have enough pro people on their team.
