Thinking of jumping into the game, my friends play on a CEU server however I don’t fancy sitting through 5hr, 10k player queues every time I want to jump on. If I create a WEU character on the new servers will I be able to group and do dungeons etc. with them?
No, there is no cross-over between different regions.
EU Central has 19 servers and matchmaking/cross server feature is so unstable for this 19 servers, additional 8 would make game even more unplayable which is so close to this point anyway.
