went to challange abyss , dungeon started load than loading time run out and throw me back to punika , with showing it is finished and didnt even got any loot from it

I’m sorry to know you had issues when entering an Abyssal dungeon.
We have an automated system in charge of re-granting lost entry tickets.
If the cause of the disconnection was due to a verified server-side outage, you’ll be receiving a re-entry ticket within the next 48 hours. I can’t guarantee you’ll be receiving the ticket, since the process is automated.

and if ticket dont come atall its good luck go pay us money to get materjals for honing gears ? nice attitude I would say realy. game dc allready 2 weeks no result of solving that issue , loosing challange abyssal count because game acting up no one care … and I didnt got dissconnetion from game just lost entry count because game loading page runed out and throwed me back to punika without entering challange abyss . that is big game bug not dissconnection
