We couldn’t get into the first Abyssal but I managed to get into loading screen (saying 1/4), then I immediately got kicked out when I got in and now I cannot reentry, and I did not receive a token in my Mail.
Sometimes it takes a little while to show up. But sometimes it also gets bugged and you might be screwed out of this weeks entry ticket since the team on the forums cannot re issue tickets.
No I’ve had this before and they helped me out
Oh nice, well I hope it works out then, because I felt my abbys challenge very glitchy befor the reset. I was worried it was going to happen to me as well, been kinda worried about going in there since the reset lmao

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Abyssal dungeon, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
