I have no issues spending money on cash shop for skins and stuff as ive already spent around $2000 dollars. its amazing how much you spend without even realizing, im not even a heavy whale i just bought royals every now an then when they released skins and packages.
Iâd say the same but itâs discouraging to waste more (already spent 3k+) in a game where the customer service wonât even answer to your concerns
just dont RMT and you never have to deal with Ban/Appeal System

yet to see a single one of you acknowledge the ton of evidence that mistakes were made here.

It would be nice if you could communicate with other teams.
I know at my corporate job we are able to associate with anyone within the company with either zoom messaging or email, we also have a ticketing system to send tickets to the correct place, we have KBâs in place to help the workers working at the service desk to assign the tickets to the correct que, We have a bot that machine learns when a team takes over a ticket an resolve it, the future issue tickets are assigned to that ticketing que. I dont know how AGS is structured but considering if you call amazon not even their support can provide a number to talk to AGS support, so im assuming its pretty slow to get answers for different teams.
I work in IT for a big company that handles retail brands.
Not the same as moderation of accounts in video games, but refusing to provide our clients with proper answers would get the big boys in a meeting real quick.

I do find it pretty infuriating that being found innocent and being UN-banned for prob one of the biggest RMT flags in the game, and then logging in an having level 10 gem sales come though that caused the flag the first time and get re-banned. and then after being confirmed innocent and having to go though the appeal process a 2nd time, I still remain banned for an entire week so far.
I know moderation prob has a ton of tickets right now and they will get to my case sooner or later, But it really shouldnt be hard to look at the logs of being un-banned and then re-banned and be like ya i should probably unban that player again.

I legit have 0 faith that when I get access to my account it will be safe.
I will likely face this again.
Game is horribly mismanaged.

So here it is a week later and i am still banned.
was the latest reply to one of my appeals.
I have a appeal pending right now that hasnt gotten a response yet, So im hoping an praying they are finally getting around to reviewing them.
Before the previous appeals i got werid responses within 1 hour, such as your report on wuzan has been received, your new world account has been banned and based on the evidence provided in your appeal the ban is merried. and all kinds of other strange replies that have nothing to do with the subject i appealed for.

I was falsely banned because someone who was banned reported my account while banned.
removing the chat support does nothing but prove how many people are banned, and there is no chance in hell every single one of them is RMTingâŚ

While I hate AGS for they are doing with its players, No need to bash roxx as CM have no power in this matter, they can only report and often they do report and it falls on deaf ears, You got to think that if cyfy was viewing your case, would he know what to do with the information provided? prob not well thats who is reviewing the appeals. people who have no idea how anything in the actual game works, yet whoever approved rolling out a automation ban system with duration this long should probably be fired. Moderation is prob a few guys/girls who have tools to remove a ban or add it, they receive emails or web tickets included is the reports of the amount that was said to be RMTed that is generated from an automated banning system, well they prob just go high $$$ = rmt and write it off as a free ticket onto their daily totals, they wont look at the numbers or make sound judgement on how those numbers was generated by the system, They then send the results in a ticket back to CS to write some dumb copy pasta template email to the user. Which infuriates the user as you provided enough data to prove to literally anyone who plays the game that you are innocent, well you request the data they are using to justify this claim though a GDPR system an see they have none, they literally donât record anything about your character other than shop usage and real money transactions in steam. for real my amazon games file was 40kbs lol. At this rate the only way anyone would be unbanned, is if someone who plays the game worked at moderation and actually did this job other than look at big number bad, me press ban button.

This happened almost 2 weeks ago, Im sure they either made adjustments or excluded level 10s by now. if not well then they are beyond hopeless.
yeah it is possible after the noise you made, though anything is possible with them and they might not have adjusted it 
In around three to four weeks I can sell one again I guess. Currently it is dmg gem.
Next one maybe CDR.
