I changed server from EU Central to EU west and lost the drops from twitch
You lose rewards if you claimed them on EUC before. I guess you did? If not, they should be on your product inventory.

yes i did claim them when EU West was not alive

Thank for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for the inconvenience.
As @Xakery mentioned, if the drops were not claimed before they should be on your roster. You already mentioned that you claimed them before, in this case they are not lost, is just that they are server bound, which means that once you have claimed them they will only be available on the server you claimed the items.
