Changing what server a character is on

I was wondering if their is a way to change the server a character on since some of my friends created them when the game came out and we had to be on separate servers. I was wondering if its possible to move one and i missed where it is or if their are plans for it in the future.

Thanks for reaching out, at the moment there isn’t a way to change your character to another server and we still don’t know the specific date on when the server transfers will be available.

In this case what you can try is to create a new character on the server with your friends.
