Just disconnected while doing the 1st area of the chaos dungeon and lost my daily 50 aura of resonance… Please do something about this since this hinders progress a lot. It’s time-gated to 2 per day and in some cases very important in progression such as getting t3 gear which is untradable…
Why is something so important to progress have a lousy implementation like this
Unlike abyss/guardian raid where the lockout only counts in the end, you’ll lose your chance upon entering the chaos dungeon (chaos dungeon rewards could be moved towards the end too)
Please fix this, I know Amazon guys won’t refund me the lost aura because they will only care if it’s about money but for the future of the game, this needs some action

I’m so sorry for got disconnected from Chaos Dungeon and for the long delay in responding to your post.
I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
