in looking at the token exchange for chaos dungeon farming, the rewards hardly seem worth the time invested (for the non-bot). i semi dread my 2 chaos dungeons a day. has that always been the case? ive heard that the costs were increased to discourage botting - is that true? it seems like AGS/Smilegate’s response to punishing bot farming is hurting player experience overall.
Depends on how you look at it. From a seller’s perspective, it horrible because the bots are saturating the market which means you can’t sell the materials for a higher price. From a buyer’s perspective, you love it because cheap honing materials.
The items in the chaos shop are primarily there to assist players who are missing those last couple of mats for a hone. Unfortunately, this leads to easy farming for bots.
It shouldn’t hurt you or your experience if you plan to use the materials you farm from it. It only starts to become a probolem when you are looking to become a seller of those materials.
Ive treated the endless chaos dungeons a very side thing and like something I would do if there was literally nothing else to do. Since Argos I havent really felt like it’s even been remotely necessary.
