.Chaos dungeon Loot bug?

So im pretty sure there is a bug in the chaos dungeon loot table, i noticed it last week and it happened again today. I killed some mobs and i got a notification for a relic ability stone, but it didnt appear in my inventory. My inventory had plenty of space left.
