Thank you so much for reporting this issue regarding your missing Aura.
I understand how frustrating it’s to lose the rewards from the dungeon due to a connection issue; Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.
All eligible and proven disconnected (by the game server) players will automatically receive their additional entry within these 24 hours, so please, wait the estimated time in order to receive the additional entry if eligible.

Thanks for clarify your issue, since your case is different; Instead of waiting for the 24h, I’d ask you to please create a web ticket to further investigate your case, not only to verify is you’re eligible to recover your un-refreshed Aura of Resonance but also to make sure this issue doesn’t occurs on your account again:
Once you open this link follow this path:
- Select In-game Issues:
- Select Something Else’s option:
- Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:
