So, dont know how this happened, but the portal for the next chaos dungeon level spawned and the enemies stopped spawning, but the group couldn’t progress. Each time one of us tried to klick the portal it despawned for a few seconds along with the message “Your party is not valid anymore”. Needless to say that the aura of resonance is gone, so a relatively frustrating bug.
