Ive done 3 chaos dungeons, 2 on one character and 1 on the other. All of them wouldnt let me or my group go through the first portal in chaos dungeon after clearing first round. We stayed until timer ran out and it kicked us and took my resonance each time.
Same here. When we were trying to enter the portal, we got an error message saying that the party is no longer valid or something along those lines. This happened to me consecutively when I used both of my aura of resonance instances. Strangely afterwards, I did a couple of runs with no issues.
I chatted with customer support but all they said was I will get the aura of resonance refunded through game mail if there was an error. But that seems very vague and doesn’t really sit well with me.
