Many people have noticed that matchmaking is broken but what’s even more annoying is that we can’t even do solo runs on Chaos Dungeons and Guardian raids. When you click on “enter”, the button remains gray. I could enter my first solo Chaos Dungeon of the day after 5mins of wait time and now I just can’t get into my second run.

They need to just do a complete server reset and force the bots off.
I was able to queue instantly inside of my chaos for my next, this is NAeast, but its only taking me about 30-40s for queues to pop, not 5 minutes. Seems once inside the dungeon you’re fine.
taken them 3 days to fry the servers XD
It’s worse for guardians. I’ve been in a 20min que for guardians.
you’re lucky, I’ve waited 5 mins for my first one and I simply cannot get into my second run. It has been more than 15mins now.

it seems this is just going to be the new normal, I’m 1500 hours in and i have no idea how i have lasted this long this company be it AGS or smilegate are useless, bots, bugs, fix one thing 10 more break, im having new world flashbacks… they are going to kill this game in this region if they don’t figure something out
We need exceptional dire and harsh measures. Block the server access for a few days. Not permanently but just for a few days until you guys at AGS/SG find a solution.
Yeah, I have around that time too. I wish I never started playing this damn game if they were so incompetent.

Not sure how you’re not sure what is going on. The bots flooded NAE already. It’s like day and night clear.
