Hi, I recently went to Chaos Gate and I found out that there was only 2 more people with me so I thought it’s waste of a time and googled If I leave I’ll lose my attempt so I found out official patch notes (Launch Release Notes - News | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG) which say: " * If you drop out or leave the area while participating in these activities, the reward counter will not increment and you will have another chance to earn a reward."
I decided to leave chaos gate and now my compass shows reward as claimed and Im kinda confused If it’s a bug or not.
Same. The gold from chaos gate is the really one of the most beneficial things to proceed with the gear honing. Having a bug like this really is totally unacceptable. Aren’t there any moderators to give us back the attempt? After I saw that I am not eligible for rewards, I am now considering uninstalling this game, no joke.

Loading into a chaos gate with 2 other people is a compelete slap in the face and waste of time. Why does smilegate allow horrid design like this to completely waste players time and opportunities in game? Ghost ships and Chaos gates need to be cross realm. Might as well afk if you load into a low population gate and that is terrible design.
I’d also like to add that this also happened to me, and would like some clarification. Are we supposed to lose a “claim” if we exit or fail a chaos gate? The label says “claimed” as if we succeeded and got a reward, which we didn’t.
