Chaos vendor not resetting ever?

So I’ve bought all the stuff from t1 and from t2 over the past 2 weeks and then i realized that the vendor was not resetting once I came back to my alts to gear them up, my friends vendor is resetting so I dont know why mine doesnt, ever, since release.

I’ve already been unlucky on honing can I not be bug gated as well,

Thanks hope I hear from you soon or I might just piss off to another game.

now it says its resetting in 15hours, which would be weekly reset but i still lost a week and a half of materials nice, very nice to waste time on this
