The team is still investigating, but if you are stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen I have been instructed to direct you folks to reach out to our Support Team via webticket here. They have found some success manually getting folks unstuck, so please be patient and work with them while our team works to sort this issue out.

yeah ok. Translation, we;re being overwhelmed with request to move characters and we’re moving these to a Queue. Enjoy accumulating rested XP on your characters as you move to instances and get stuck. Hopefully you don’t get to many characters stuck while we try to a fix a bug that we already fixed a month ago.
