Characater stuck in scenario

Hello

I was doing rapport quest on my alt. Entered scenario, when scenario was loading i hear game crashing noise and loading bar stops. I can log in with my other characters its is just this one that is stuck.
Quest: Ealyn’s rapport quest
Server: Zinnervale
Char name: Glaedrchad - Berserker - 413ilvl

So i tried to do the quest again on my paladin and it got stuck again. Is this quest broken or problem is with my account somehow?

It always happens on same place, when i try to use “Potenstone” quest item that teleports me to Ancient Elveria

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue again.

Please do the following steps to see if it works out:

  1. Verify your game files with these steps
  2. Close steam and re-launch Lost Ark.
  3. Check if you can progress with the quest, and if it’s still not letting you, please reset the quest by abandoning it and doing it again.

If you have any more issues after abandoning the quest, you must contact live support in order to investigate this issue even further. They can also help you with relocating your character once again.
